It's also an interactive moment: I'll share anecdotes and insights to help you better understand the region's culinary identity (≈ 45 minutes). Then, it's time for the gourmet tasting! You'll get to try a selection of carefully chosen specialties: Basque charcuterie, sheep's cheeses with Espelette pepper jam, local sweets, artisanal chocolates, and don't forget a seafood stop with oysters and white wine, to celebrate the unique link between the sea and the mountains in the Basque Country.
