Massage BY LOU - Pays Basque
Biarritz
At a glance
Massage BY LOU - Pays Basque is a wellness practice in Hendaye focused on personalised bodywork, energy treatments and a considered approach to individual wellbeing. Sessions are arranged around the needs and sensations of each guest, with an initial conversation helping to guide the treatment before the massage or energy work begins.
The massage menu brings together several traditions and purposes. Treatments include Balinese-inspired signature massage, oriental massage, sports massage, pregnancy massage, lymphatic drainage, facial ritual and reflexology. Sessions can be adapted to suit relaxation, physical recovery, sensory unwinding or a more focused need. A massage for two is also available, with two practitioners working side by side.
The practice also offers energy-based care, including a global energy treatment associated with the Luc Bodin method and sessions combining massage with energy balancing. These treatments are presented as support for releasing blocks, restoring a sense of flow and exploring personal development. Several multi-session programmes bring massage, facial care and energy work together for those seeking a longer-term wellbeing routine.
The Hendaye cabinet provides a calm, enveloping setting for treatments, while appointments can also take place at home or in a hotel across the Basque Country and the southern Landes. A second cabinet is available in Biarritz. This range of locations makes the service suitable for local residents, visitors staying in the area and hotel guests looking for a treatment without leaving their accommodation.
The tone is attentive and unhurried. Each appointment includes time to settle afterwards, with practical guidance intended to extend the benefits beyond the session. The offering suits people looking for a quiet restorative treatment, targeted bodywork, pregnancy-friendly massage, facial care, reflexology or an introduction to energy work. Gift cards and combined programmes provide options for marking a special occasion or planning several treatments over time.
Massage BY LOU - Pays Basque is located at 46 Rue Bigarena in Hendaye. Appointments are required, and the service is available for individual treatments, duo sessions, home visits and hotel treatments.
